We’ve just launched officially one week ago, and it has been fantastic to see the positive feedback from our users! Of course we still have glitches to fix, however many improvements and new features are on their way. But your kind words and the intense activity that we see on our servers have pumped us up for the months to come!
Now, there’s one issue that has been raised and that we wanted to address right away. We’ve launched out of beta version with a Free plan enabling to manage 500 files through SocialFolders, and a Premium plan for up to 5,000 files.
Many people wanted a plan that allowed you to manage plenty more than 5,000 files. Our intention was to analyze how invitations were being used to increase these capabilities, but it turns out that they are too low and frustrates many of our users.
Hence we have made the decision to celebrate the Holiday Season by increasing your quotas:
- Free plan users get up to 2,000 files!
- Invitations (with SocialFolders installed and running on the invited person’s machine) trigger a 1,000 files credit to both the inviter and the invitee!
- And Premium plan subscribers can now managed an UNLIMITED number of files through SocialFolders!
These new rules apply retroactively to all accounts and past invitations, so you will all see higher quotas in the hours to come.
