SocialFolders is a service owned and operated by SocialFolders Inc., a US company registered in Delaware, USA. SocialFolders Inc. takes great care to protect your privacy and to secure the data that is stored on our servers. SocialFolders Inc. takes measures to protect personal information against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, unauthorized disclosure, manipulation, or destruction.
When you use SocialFolders, you send pieces of data to us; this can be a name, an e-mail address, or files uploaded to or downloaded from the Third Party Sites you connect to using SocialFolders. Other data is generated implicitly by your use of SocialFolders, e.g. log data.
SocialFolders Inc. records certain requests and transactions in log files. This log data is used for troubleshooting, statistics, quality assurance, and to monitor system security and can be analyzed to that end. Deleting your files and folders
As of now, SocialFolders does not provide a way to delete directly your files and folders. To do so you must access your account on the related Third Party Site and proceed to the delete operation there. Then you can synchronize SocialFolders at any time to delete your files and folders from our servers.
SocialFolders accounts are protected by passwords. You should choose a secure password and ensure its confidentiality to prevent unauthorized access to your account.
Communication between you and SocialFolders
If you send SocialFolders a message, this message can be stored to process it, to compile statistical information, to improve our services and support, or to get in touch with you.
SocialFolders Inc. supports credit card payment through Stripe. You can find their privacy policies here: https://stripe.com/privacy. SocialFolders Inc. does not store your credit card information on its servers.
Sharing personal information
SocialFolders Inc. may share personal information with other companies or individuals only in the following limited circumstances: (i) SocialFolders Inc. has your consent; (ii) SocialFolders Inc. has good faith that there is a legal obligation to share the data; (iii) SocialFolders Inc. needs to access or share the data to protect the security of the service or of others users’ data; (iv) SocialFolders Inc. needs to access or share the data to protect SocialFolders Inc.’s rights and property or to enforce the Terms of Service.
